M. SGT. HENRY A. SLOBODA US ARMY - RETIRED It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Henry on September 14, 2007 after a two year struggle with several health issues at Woodside Village Care Home in Grand Forks, ND. He is survived by his twin brother John (Ginny); brother Joe (Rose); sister Jean of Richmond Hill, ON, several nephews and nieces. Henry was born in Winnipeg on September 30, 1929 and at the age of 18 joined the US army where he served for 25 years. He saw service in Vietnam, Korea, Japan and Europe. He lived most of his retirement years in California before being moved to Grand Forks due to his health. Cremation has taken place. There will be no service. Rest in Peace Brother
